Urethane Foam Buildings
We are pleased to announce that we now manufacture our urethane panels in-house, ensuring maximum quality at a minimum price. Armor Building Systems Ltd. also supplies urethane foam panel buildings to suit various applications. These buildings are lightweight and have a high R-value (approximately R-7 per inch of thickness), which makes them very versatile for a wide variety of applications.
Pipe & Tank Insulating
Armor Building Systems Ltd. does a variety of pipe insulation, including fibreglass, foam glass, calcium silicate and mineral wool. We are equipped to handle jobs of any size, from a small one up to an entire plant.
Self-Frame Buildings
Armor Building Systems Ltd. manufactures and builds all sizes and shapes of self-framed metal buildings, up to a maximum width of 30 feet for a gable building (wider requires a steel frame for structural safety) and up to a maximum of 16 feet wide for a shed-style building. We do buildings of all sizes, shapes and colours.
Urethane Panel & Utilidor Boxes
We are pleased to announce that we now manufacture our urethane boxes in-house, ensuring maximum quality at a minimum price. Armor Building Systems Ltd. is equipped to build utilidor and utilidor boxes that are cost-effective when covering larger groups of pipe and control valves. These boxes can come in a wide variety of sizes, colours and shapes. If you think of it, we can build it.
Custom Bending & Manufacturing
Armor Building Systems Ltd. has a fully-equipped shop with everything required to perform your custom bending requirements in a professional and cost-effective manner. Skid Mounted Units
Armor Building Systems Ltd. is capable of building skid mounted units. Armor works with a wide variety of subcontractors (electrical, mechanical, HVAC), which allows us to offer a complete building package if required.
Insulated Blankets
At Armor Building Systems Ltd., we provide building insulation blankets to help you maintain the temperature and control heat inside your buildings. We can also help you with acoustic insulation, impact insulation and fire insulation. The various materials used for our insulation blankets include fibreglass, cellulose, glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene, urethane foam, and more.
